As a psychic medium, I bridge the physical and spirit realms to provide healing messages from your loved ones. While a reading cannot erase grief, it offers comfort and proof that the soul lives on. By tuning into your energy and spirit, I provide validation and insights into your past, present, and future, bringing a sense of peace to your journey.

To connect with your loved ones, I align with their energy using my intuitive senses. I experience their personality and memories through visions, scents, and symbols, and I feel their physical sensations in my own body. Most importantly, I receive a profound sense of 'knowing' that helps me share their messages with clarity and love.

My waitlist is currently CLOSED and at this time, I will not be adding new clients to it.

Due to a high volume of reading requests, I use a waitlist to keep things fair and organized.  Joining the waitlist does not mean you are booked - it simply holds your place in line so I can offer appointments in the order that inquiries are received.  When your name comes up, I will email you with the opportunity to book a reading.  At that time, you will be able to review everything before deciding whether to book or decline.

Because pricing may change over time, your placement on the waitlist does not lock in current rates.  Rates are applied at the time of booking, which you will be able to review before booking.

Communication & Logistics:

• Email: All outreach is done via the email provided on your form. Please check your spam folder regularly.
• Phone: Reserved for emergencies or technical issues only.
• Time Zone: I am located in Eastern Standard Time (Ontario). Please account for this when booking online sessions.

Booking Guidelines:

• Group Readings: Contact me via the website to discuss details. Only the host’s information is required.
• Consent: I will only read for individuals who are aware of and have consented to the session.
• Minors: Readings for those under 18 require a parent or guardian to be present. Messages will be translated in an age-appropriate manner.
• Upon being contacted from the waitlist to arrange a reading, you will have a period of 2 months to utilize the provided Calendly booking link to schedule your reading. After this timeframe, the link will become invalid, and any sessions booked with an expired link will be canceled.

Session Etiquette:

• Sobriety: Please avoid alcohol or drugs before and during your session, as they can weaken or block the spiritual connection.
• Fragrances: Do not wear perfume or cologne. Strong scents can distract from the specific aromas I pick up from spirit.

I offer private group readings for up to 10 people, booked in advance with details discussed prior to booking. The session is a shared experience where everyone hears all messages as they come through from Spirit. While I connect with each person, I do my best to ensure everyone finds comfort in the presence of their loved ones. However, specific spirits are not guaranteed to come forward for every attendee.

Booking & Payment Options:

• Canada: email transfer or exact change in-person.
• International: PayPal only.
• Timing:
  • Zoom Readings: Full payment is required 24 hours prior to your session.
  • In-Person: Cash is accepted at the time of service, or e-Transfer/PayPal within 24 hours prior.
  • Group Readings: A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking to secure your date, but is part of the total cost and not extra.

Scheduling & Cancellations/General Policy:
I require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

• Late Cancellations ( less than 48 hours): Rescheduling is at my discretion, as I understand that some emergencies can arise.  Frequent late changes may require pre-payment for future sessions.
• No-Shows: May result in the loss of booking privileges or mandatory pre-payment for future services.
• Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to ensure the quality of your reading and respect the appointment following yours.

A Note from Julie about coming for an in-person reading if traveling long distance:
I highly recommend booking via Zoom if you are traveling from over an hour away. This ensures we can connect even if there is inclement weather, any traffic accidents or delays, or any changes in which I might need to cancel last minute. 

 Our Mutual Commitment:

To provide you with the best possible energy and insight, I am mindful of my session capacity to avoid burnout.

• My Promise to You:  If I feel I cannot bring my best energy due to illness or an emergency, I will notify you as soon as possible to reschedule.
• My Request of You:  Please notify me as early as possible if you cannot make it so I can offer your spot to someone on my waiting list.

In-person readings are held at my private home in Brantford, Ontario. Please note that this location is not wheelchair accessible; however, Zoom readings are available as a convenient and fully accessible alternative.

For a great reading, it takes the combined energy of us three: you (with an open heart and mind), me, and spirit. The quality of the connection is the same whether we're in-person or on Zoom, reaching folks far and wide.

To prepare:

• Be open and let go of expectations. You can invite a specific spirit or bring sentimental items, but let the messages unfold naturally, as communication depends on each energy that comes through and the connection's strength.
• Keep an open mind that unexpected spirits might come through with important messages.
• Tell me upfront if you're looking for general guidance or intuitive insights instead of just spirit connection.

I always prepare my energy beforehand, and while most sessions go smoothly, some connections might not form – it just happens. I'll always be honest and share the messages I receive as spirit intends. Negative intentions from your side can block the connection, so please come with an open heart and good intentions.

I recommend waiting at least one year between readings. While it is natural to want to reconnect after an uplifting experience, spacing out your sessions ensures you get the most out of them.  Why wait?

• Fresh Insights: Booking too soon often leads to repetitive information. Time allows your life to evolve so that new, meaningful messages can emerge.
• Personal Growth: Readings provide guidance, but we are here to make our own decisions. Waiting prevents dependency and allows you the space to reflect, heal, and navigate your own soul growth.
• Your Own Connection: Your loved ones are always with you. I encourage you to focus on raising your own vibration to sense their presence between our sessions.

Ultimately, follow your intuition—but remember that silence between readings is often where your most important personal work happens.

To stay safe from online fraud, please note:

• Social Media: I do not use Instagram. If you see an account using my name or photos on Instagram or any public profile, it is a fraudulent account.
• Booking & Payments: I never request payments or handle bookings through social media. All official business is conducted exclusively through my website’s Contact Page.
• Join the Community: I host a private Facebook Group for my work, which you are welcome to join via the link at the bottom of this page.

At this time, gift cards are not available due to the high volume of people on my waitlist.

Gift Card Policy:

• No Cash Value: Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Booking: Present your card at the time of booking via the website contact page. You may be placed on a waiting list.
• Gifting: If buying for someone else, consider adding them to the waiting list for a smoother process later, when the waitlist is open.
• Liability: Julie Nikota reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a purchase. Julie is not responsible for lost or stolen cards; keep your receipt for potential replacement assistance.
• Expiration & Changes: Prices and services may change, but standard gift cards do not expire as long as services are still offered. Gift cards donated for events like fundraisers will have a specific expiration date. Policies are subject to change.

Reiki is not available at this time due to high volume of people waiting for readings and my limited availability.

Reiki is a soothing energy healing method that balances the mind, body, and spirit by addressing the flow of life force energy through our systems. As blockages can occur from life experiences, maintaining this energy balance is crucial for overall well-being.  My approach to Reiki is to channel universal energy to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support clients mentally, emotionally, and physically.  I use my intuition as a strong guide during sessions.  Experiences vary widely: some feel deep relaxation or energy waves, while others feel very little. It is important to understand that the intensity of the physical sensation doesn't determine the session's effectiveness; every session offers benefits, and how attuned one's body is to the changes simply differs each time.
